Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is added to orders based on the mailing address. The sales rate varies by state. The sales tax for Texas is 8.25%. The sales tax for Florida is 6 to 7.5% based on destination county.

Do you ship outside the US.?

Yes, International Shipping is only $16.00

Do you ship Overnight?

Sorry, but we do not currently offer Overnight Shipping. Due to the large amount of fraud on the internet, we cannot ship orders Overnight.

What are your shipping rates?

When you checkout you can choose how you want your order shipped. Below are the following options:

Standard Shipping - cost $5.95 generally your order will arrive within approx 7-10 days.
International Shipping - cost $16.00 generally your order will arrive within 11-15 days.
Free Shipping for all orders over $50

Do you have a hard copy catalog of your products?

Since our online library is constantly being updated with new bracelets and designs we do not carry a printed catalog of our products.

What sizes do the Bracelets come in?

Our Bracelets come in two sizes: Please make sure you know the wrist size of the person wearing our jewelry. If you need a ruler to measure your wrist and do not have one please refer to our "Bracelet Wrist Size" Printout > click here <

What if I have not received a receipt of my purchase?

To inquire about the status of your order regarding prices, taxes, shipping and tracking information please review your "Purchase History" on your Google Checkout profile. Click this link and login your Google Checkout to view your info.

I placed an order at least 2 weeks ago and I have not received it? Where is my order?

Did you receive an email informing you that your order shipped? If yes, your order may be lost in the mail. Please contact us right away so that we can locate your order or send you a new one.

I received my order, but something is missing or broken or doesn't fit. What should I do?

If you received an item that is broken, please contact us and we will ship a replacement for the item. If we are out of stock on the item, we will issue you a Store Credit or a Refund for the item. If you are missing an item, check your invoice and see if the item is marked Out of Stock/Refund or Back Order. If the item is Out of Stock and we are issuing you a refund, the refund will be issued back to the payment process used for the order. If the item is marked Back Order, we will ship the item to you as soon as it is back in stock. If you prefer not to wait, we can issue you a refund. If you receive an item that does not fit and you want to return it for an exchange, please contact us for shipping instructions.

What if OPD doesn't have any products for the country I'm from?

I have a Coupon Code that I can use towards my next purchase, where do I use it?

All the Cell Phones listed works on the AT&T, T-Mobile & Tracfone Networks. If you have a SIM Card with your old phone just put it in ours!
