We ship all orders using United State Postal Service Ground unless otherwise specified. Standard Shipping for OnePeopleDesigns.com orders is only $5.95 ~ International Shipping is only $16.00 Merchandise in stock will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. For USPS shipment, please allow 2 to 6 business days from the day your order is processed. Orders that are received during the weekend will be processed the next business day. A $.65 charge Packaging and Handling fee per item applies to all orders. Shipping Charges are added to the total of the order at the time of checkout. |

Return Policy

We will make arrangements to refund or exchange your order for a product of equal value. Merchandise must be returned in same condition as original shipment. We are willing to replace a defective item at no cost to you, but if a refund is requested you will be responsible for shipping & handling.
